vacayi

Plan nothing.Know everything.

Our specialized travel AI learns what you and your crew actually like and need — then crafts a living, interactive guide that walks you through every day and books the whole trip from one place.

See how it works → Get it on your phone

Vacayi is for people who don't like planning a vacation out, but still like having plans.

For people who stress about creating the perfect trip, or about having to plan every single piece of it. For anyone with multiple factors to consider when they travel — and for families who just want something convenient and personalized.

The point of vacayi is to let the app learn about you, then correlate every bit of information it has to build a complete trip guide around your preferences. That's what makes planning a vacation effortless: the bulk of it is already done, in accordance with what you actually like. Some things will need tweaking — but the intention is that you trust its selections and follow the guide.

It's built to be your one stop shop. Designed to feel like you took the time to create it yourself, and to be something you and the family will genuinely have fun with.

And for the people who get stuck bored on a weekend, wishing they had a full day planned out with the family — that's what it's there for too.

Plan nothing. Know everything.

Not another booking app

Everyone hands you a list of links. We hand you a guide.

Tell vacayi where you're going and who's coming. It builds one personal guide for that trip — the plan, the local knowledge, the bookings, and a little bit of a game — and it comes with you the whole way.

🧭

Built around your crew

Teach it your interests, constraints, and preferences — a toddler, a peanut allergy, a grandparent who'd rather not do stairs, the dog. The guide plans for the people actually on the trip, not a generic tourist.

📖

It walks you through it

Every day, hour by hour — where to go, why it's worth it, the insider move most people miss, and what to do if it rains.

🎯

And makes it fun

Quests and a running scoreboard turn the trip into a game the whole crew plays — the part the kids remember for years.

Try it

Watch the guide change as your crew does.

Watch it add the crew one at a time — or tap them yourself. This is a taste of what happens across every page of your own guide.

Nothing to install — this is just a preview. Tap any of them and it stops playing.

A trip the whole crew is playing.

  • Built from your actual trip. Every quest is a real thing at a real place already on your plan — the well you're walking down on Thursday, the bridge you're sailing under on Friday. Never generic holiday bingo.
  • Matched to who's playing. A seven-year-old gets things a seven-year-old can win. Grandpa Sal gets to judge every custard tart in Lisbon out of ten. Nobody is handed a quest they can't do.
  • Everyone sees it move. Tick one off at the top of the hill and the board updates on every phone on the trip. It's the reason a child asks to look at the guide.

One guide, everything booked

Book the whole trip without leaving the guide.

vacayi works out what your trip actually needs — the flight, the hotels, the tours worth pre-booking, a ride from the airport, data for your phone — and lines it up in one place with a tap to book each one.

  • Nothing invented. It only lists what your own plan calls for, and never claims you've booked something you haven't.
  • Tick it off as you go. The ring fills, the trip gets sorted, and it all syncs across everyone on the trip.
  • Your official links come first. Where a place sells direct, we send you there — even when it earns us nothing.

While you're there, and long after

The photos find their own way home.

Take pictures the way you always do. vacayi reads where and when each one was taken and drops it onto the right stop, on the right day — no tagging, no sorting, no album to build afterwards. By the time you land home the trip has written itself back into the guide.

  • It happens by itself. A photo taken at the viewpoint lands on the viewpoint. The day comes first and the place second, so turning up two hours late — or on a completely different afternoon — still finds the right stop.
  • Private unless you share. Matching happens on your phone — no upload, ever, until you choose to share a photo with your own trip's crew — and the copy that goes has the location stripped out of it. Delete it and it's gone for everyone.
  • You end up with something to show people. Not a camera roll of four hundred pictures — the whole trip in order, day by day, with your photos already sitting where they happened and every quest somebody won. Open it at the table and walk them through it.
